Off season opportunities
7
Where: MVP All-Americans
Address: Baldwin St. Elmira NY (Across from Cooks Painting)
Starting Date: Oct. 21
Ending Date: Spring 2016
Ages: Little-League to High School Seniors
Cost: $25 per time (Once a week - every Wednesday)
Length Of Program: 1 hour 15 minute sessions
Description: This unique program will allow pitchers of-all-ages the ability to build a solid routine from the ground up. This is not a pitching lesson, however, in my opinion, this sort of training will provide players the resources to maximize their 'true-potential'. We will start with proper stretching/flexibility, arm-care, building total-body strength needed to continue to gain velocity, my unique weighted ball program NOT taught by any professional in this area, build a proper warm-up routine/bullpen routine, how to attack hitters, bullpen work (closer to spring).
In over 11 years, and 500 + professional innings I have learned a great deal from some of the top-end instructors of the game and through Real-Life experience. Every Wednesday starting in October I will bring that wealth of knowledge to the young aspiring pitchers of the Southern-Tier.
